There are four consultation options for you to choose from. It is strongly recommended that your first visit be an initial consultation as this will give you and your therapist sufficient time to assess and understand your concerns. Following this initial visit, it is recommended that you choose a consultation option that best suits your needs as discussed with your therapist. The four options include:
INITIAL CONSULTATION (NEW CLIENTS ONLY) 75mins The initial consultation involves a thorough 15 minute assessment and analysis. These results are used to understand the underlying mechanisms to the injury or muscle tightness and ensure that your therapist can give you the best possible treatment specific to your needs. We will start a 60mins treatment to ensure that you receive thorough care. The treatment will end with a post-session summary including a home tailored program to keep you self-maintained in-between visits.
STANDARD CONSULTATION (FOLLOW UPS) 60mins This follow up appointment is important to gauge and continue your progress. We will ensure that any questions or concerns about your plan are answered. From here, we will start your treatment to ensure that you receive thorough care. Session Summary including a progressive program to keep you self-maintained between sessions.
EXTENDED CONSULTATION 90mins Extended consultation is used for complex problems or a number of areas that need to be treated in one session. Involves a thorough 15 minute assessment & analysis, to cover the reason for your visit; whether it’s to manage pain, prevent injury, improve mobility or correct posture. The results are used to understand the underlying mechanisms to the injury or muscle tightness and ensure that your therapist can give you the best possible treatment specific to your needs. From here, we will start a 75 minute treatment to ensure that you receive thorough care. The treatment will end with a post-session summary including a tailored program to keep you self-maintained between visits.
SHORT CONSULTATION 45mins This is the same as a standard consultation but shorter. This consultation is only used as a follow up appointment. It is highly recommended that you speak to your therapist before booking a shorter consultation. This is to ensure that your therapist is able to treat the area/s within a short timeframe.
