Your First 12 weeks
The intention of phase 1 is to establish your baseline.
Results – unfortunately – don’t happen overnight. Ensuring we are both committed to a long-term plan is the only way we can guarantee results.
In the repair phase — no matter your goal — 12 weeks is the most honest amount of time you will need to commit to improve how you feel and move, which will allow you to build a solid foundation.
What can you expect from the repair phase?
Based on your initial assessment & personal goals we will create a program that is 100% tailored to your needs. This will allow you to:

13 – 28 weeks
The intention of Phase 2 is to take you to the next level.
The restore phase is truly where a training program begins to take shape.

What can you expect from the restore Phase?
Months 6 – 12
This is our most important phase. We believe that strong bodies are resilient bodies (and so does science)! The journey takes time and we support you at each stage to remain pain-free and to operate at your optimum level.

What is the cost of your program?
$19 er day for 6 months to achieve lasting pain relief and embrace your active lifestyle
Can I receive private health rebates?
You sure can!
Once you have paid for the program, we will create a credit on your account and send an individual receipt for you to claim your rebate
Do I have to sign up to your program to see you, can’t I just come in for a casual consult?
Absolutely! We welcome you to try our services so you can experience the Myofunction Difference. Our programs have been specifically designed around our 10+ years of clinical experience and we have packages of our full comprehensive services to suit your needs.
We want you to feel comfortable and have the trust in our service. If you want to have a casual consultation we want you to feel welcome!
Our goal is to provide premium level Remedial Therapy and Coaching services to all our clients.
Is there a trial period where I can just see how I go?
We have a Casual Consultation available, however we have found that just ‘seeing how you go’ allows clients to opt-out when things get hard (and we’ve unfortunately seen this far too many times before). This is the primary reason why many of our clients come to us – because they haven’t yet gotten the long-term results they so desperately desire.
We totally understand you may feel a little nervous about committing to 6 months though. That’s is why we go through a 15min Complimentary in-depth followed by our Movement Assessment before you commit.
I don’t live in Brisbane, can I still work with you?
Yes! We have been successfully coaching virtually for 3+ years. Our Program is exactly the same (except instead of you coming into our gym for your 1 on 1 sessions, we Zoom into your gym with you and coach you live through your headphones and phone camera). Cool right!?
