Your first 12 weeks

Phase 1 – REPAIR

The intention of phase 1 is to establish your baseline. Results – unfortunately – don’t happen overnight. Ensuring we are both committed to a long-term plan is the only way we can guarantee results.

In the repair phase — no matter your goal — 12 weeks is the most honest amount of time you will need to commit to improve how you feel and move, which will allow you to build a solid foundation.

13 - 28 weeks

Phase 2 – RESTORE

The intention of Phase 2 is to take you to the next level.

The restore phase is truly where a training program begins to take shape.

You will start to feel strong and capable of much better movement than when you started. What can you expect from the restore Phase?
