Our Comprehensive Movement & Strength Testing isolates your movements and pinpoints the root cause of your pain, providing all the insight we need to build you a personalised pathway out of pain, not just for now, but for for life.

During your testing, we utilise world class equipment & technology to identify your strengths, weaknesses and blindspots, which is critical when we create you rehab plan that gets you out of pain and back to feeling your best.

Phase 1 – REPAIR

Your First 6 weeks

The intention of phase 1 is to establish your baseline. 

Results – unfortunately – don’t happen overnight. Ensuring we are both committed to a long-term plan is the only way we can guarantee results.

In the repair phase — no matter your goal — 6 weeks is the most honest amount of time you will need to commit to improve how you feel and move, which will allow you to build a solid foundation. 

What can you expect from the repair phase? 

Based on your initial assessment & personal goals we will create a program that is 100% tailored to your needs. This will allow you to:

Phase 2 – RESTORE

Weeks 7 – 12

The intention of Phase 2 is to take you to the next level.

The restore phase is truly where a training program begins to take shape.

You will start to feel strong and capable of much better movement than when you started.

Phase 3 – RESILIENCE

Months 4 – 12

This is our most important phase. We believe that strong bodies are resilient bodies (and so does science)! The journey takes time and we support you at each stage to remain pain-free and to operate at your optimum level.

If, after completing the recommended sessions per week for 12 weeks as required, your testing metrics don’t show improvement during the retesting at the end of the 12th week, we will rip up our agreement, allowing you to walk away.
