With over 15 years of experience working in the industry, I am confident we’ve seen it almost all before. I am qualified in exercise and movement and I firmly believe in professional development to ensure you’re getting World Class Results, backed by science.

We are qualified over a combination of 14+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

From working with the State of Origin Maroons to the Brisbane Broncos, Cross fitters, Triathletes, Professional Bodybuilders to new parents and CEOs, we understand rehab and the spectrum of performance to tailor to your unique goals.

Meet Matthew Kaloutsis

Matthew, is the co-founder and director of Myofunction Remedial & Sports Therapy. Matthew lives an active lifestyle and has been passionate about health for as long as he can remember, he grew up playing many sports, and had his fair share of injuries. I saw many physios over the years and from a young age I wanted to work with the human body.

He is intrigued by the human body, he loves movement, biomechanics, and helping people.

His qualifications & experience include a Diploma of Remedial and Sports Therapy and a Diploma of Fitness. Matthew is professionally qualified Strength & Rehabilitation Specialist in Brisbane for last 15 years.

Since 2013 he has worked with a number of elite sporting teams including NRL Brisbane Broncos, State of Origin Queensland Maroons and A-League Brisbane Roar.

He has extensive experience working alongside the most reputable Sports Doctors, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Myotherapists in the industry. This has helped him embrace a multi-disciplinary practice to his therapy.

He is a current accredited member of the ANTA (Australian Natural Therapist Association). He actively attend a variety of recognized short courses and seminars in order to provide his patients with the most current information, treatment techniques and management. He particularly likes to treat clients with tough cases and has a reputation for being able to make improvements where other health practitioners could not.

We pride ourselves on providing our people with a fresh & contemporary approach to their REHABILITATION. We have broken down the evidence-based research to bite size information for you to understand the WHY and HOW.
